Caloundra

Right in the heart of Caloundra is the historic and popular BigScreen Cinemas. Established in the 1930s, the then Amusu Theatre has been famous for showing the best films in town.

  • Now you don't have to line up to buy your movie tickets

  • The app is a ticketing system that is entirely phone based, no paper or email is required to buy tickets and attend movies

  • Order and pay for your food and drinks via the app as well

  • Customers can share tickets with other phones via sms or email

  • Tickets can be redeemed directly on the phone

  • View session and movie information as as well as the movie trailer

Queensland Hotels

Association

Since 1885, the Queensland Hotels Association (then known as the Queensland Licensed Victuallers’ Association) has been the premier source of support and knowledge for our members. They wanted a mobile app to:

  • Help customers find their closest QHA hotel

  • Advertise and sell tickets to their events

  • Promote their partners

  • Highlight their membership services

  • Advertise and sell tickets to their training courses and events

First2Click

First2Click is a solution used by Public Schools to replace their support staff such as Teacher Aides and Cleaners via a phone app so that the Business Services Managers don't have to call around to find a replacement when someone is sick. App features include:

  • Ability for people looking for work at schools to register on the app

  • Ability for schools to easily find job seekers who are registered

  • Schools can set up their roster for the term and workers can see all their shifts on their phone

  • Workers can call in sick via the app 

  • Managers get notified when someone is sick

  • The relief pool gets notified when a shift is available and can take the shift via the app

Girl Torque

Girl Torque.cc wanted to help them empower Australian women to ride motorbikes. So uniDap developed them an app to:

  • Manage membership signups and their current members

  • Message members via Push Notifications and SMS. This helps in organising events, registrations, etc

  • Members to access exclusive offers and promotions

  • Put out information for women who are interested in riding motorbikes; buying a motorbike and buying motorbike apparel

  • Connect accredited female motorbike training instructors with female motorbike riders

  • Connect motorbike industry suppliers with prospective new customers by offering inducements that are only available through the app

  • Link news that may be of interest to their motorbike riding members

  • Information around what to do in the event of a breakdown, and contact details for emergency pickup

Johnny Ringo's

Johnny Ringo’s wanted a way to boost their sales while guests were waiting to ride their mechanical bull and to run promotions directly to their customers phones. uniDap developed them an app to:

  • Let guests sign the mechanical bull waiver on their phone

  • Message guests when the mechanical bull is ready for them. This helps Johnny Ringo’s to organise the queue for the bull and increases drink sales

  • Manage their quiet times by sending guests vouchers for a free drink on a Thursday afternoon

  • Give app users exclusive access to the venue’s wifi

  • Promote packages and events

Norman Hotel

Norman Hotel wanted to offer exclusive deals and promote their venue to existing customers and attract new customers. Their app features:

  • Exclusive offers that can only be claimed via their app

  • The ability for a customer to buy an offer and redeem it on their phone

  • What's happening in the Norman and info about their different rooms, restaurants and bars

  • Their menu is available on their app

  • Contact information, including an interactive Google map that can give directions to the venue

Pet Cafe

Pet Cafe wanted an app to help them build a tribe of Pet Cafe lovers by:

  • Offering exclusive promotions that are only available through the app

  • Providing lots of helpful and interesting information about caring for pets

  • Messaging users via Push Notifications and SMS. This helps to notify users of expiring vouchers, upcoming events etc

  • Links to the Pet Cafe Website

  • Displaying all stores in Australia with an easy way for users to contact and find their stores through the app

Shuber

Shuber wanted to give the opportunity to women to sell and hire out their expensive shoes that are sitting in the cupboard not being worn. The Shuber app allows:

  • Shoes to be listed for sale and hire, including images and the Tale of the Shoes story

  • Buyers can filter on various criteria to find the exact shoes they're after

  • Shoes can be hired or purchased, postage and fees are included

  • An integrated Stripe payment gateway settles the transaction for both sides

  • A full transaction history is available for buyers and sellers

  • A size conversion chart makes it easy for buyers to pick the correct size

Emporium Hotel

The Emporium Hotel app has these key features:

  • Guests to seek free early check-in or late checkout

  • Guests to book a room directly through the app without using a third party booking service

  • Customers to access Premium Wi-Fi, exclusive offers and promotions like Room upgrades, promote cocktail and drink specials, free breakfast, free parking, food & beverage credits etc

  • To broadcast to guests information and news of the Hotel

  • To directly communicate to customers via either Push Notification or SMS

  • Guests can make table reservations at the hotel’s restaurant, order room service, book spa treatments or other pamper packs
